I’ve personally recovered from workplace burnout and I understand the devastating effects of bullying, harassment, and discrimination. Toxic workplaces can make us ill. Thankfully, I had an exit plan and transitioned to working with clients to help them create healthy, happy, and thriving organizations. My mission is to build workplaces where employees feel safe and look forward to coming to work, volunteers eagerly sign up to serve, donors are enthusiastic to support, and leaders are inspired to drive positive change. 🌈
