A new report shows that DEI is a top priority for Canadian organizations but many feel stuck in meeting their DEI goals.

Toronto, Canada: MVD Consulting Inc. today released The State of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Canadian Workplaces 2023. The report reviews secondary research on diversity, equity, and inclusion to explore the progress workplaces have made in achieving DEI in their organizations. The report seeks to create a benchmark against which workplaces may measure their progress. In addition, the report asks important such as what advancements workplaces have made to date, which challenges they experience, and what Canadian workplaces can do to achieve their DEI goals.
