I am very happy to announce the launch of our new e-course Creating Anti-Racist Workplaces! The increasing awareness of systemic racism and the need for organizations to actively disrupt it led me to develop this course with the goal that staff, managers, executives, board directors, and others will reimagine and recreate organizations and workplace cultures that are healthy, safe, equitable, and just for all employees.
